Jabin Ferrer is a communication strategist and the founder of ACE Leadership Lab.

Jabin built Calm Command™ out of a pattern he kept running into: capable people handed real responsibility without a system for carrying it. They weren't short on talent or intent. They were short on a way to stay clear, decide and communicate when everything arrived at once.

That isn't a theory problem. It's a pressure problem, and pressure is where most leadership training stops being useful.

He works with leaders across corporate organizations, churches, nonprofits and their own ventures. The setting changes. What leadership requires doesn't.
