This Policy applies as between you (the User) and SolQuo LLC, doing business as ACE Project Group ("We," "Us," "Our," or the "Company"), operator of the ACE Leadership Lab platform and owner of this Website. This Policy applies to Our use of any and all Data collected by Us in relation to your use of the Website and any Services or Systems within it. This Policy should be read alongside Our Terms and Conditions, which it is incorporated into by reference.
In this Policy the following terms shall have the following meanings:
"Account": means collectively the personal information, Payment Information, and credentials used by Users to access Content and/or any communications System on the Website;
"Content": means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, and any other form of information capable of being stored electronically that appears on or forms part of this Website;

"ACE Leadership Lab" refers to the e-learning platform and related programs operated by the Company at aceleadershiplab.com; it is a platform/brand name and not a separate legal entity or registered assumed name;
"Service": means collectively any online facilities, tools, services, or information that the Company makes available through the Website, either now or in the future, including but not limited to ACE Leadership Lab courses, the Calm Command™ Accelerator, the ACE Leaders Arc community, and related programs;
"System": means any online communications infrastructure that the Company makes available through the Website, either now or in the future, including but not limited to web-based email, message boards, live chat facilities, and email links;
"User" / "Users": means any third party that accesses the Website and is not employed by the Company and acting in the course of their employment; and
"Website": means aceleadershiplab.com and any sub-domains of this site, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.
Depending on how you use the Website, the following categories of Data may be collected:

2.2 job title and profession;
2.3 contact information such as email address and, where separately collected with your consent, telephone number;
2.4 information submitted through Our signup and onboarding process, including your leadership stage, the context in which you lead (e.g., corporate, entrepreneurial, faith-based/ministry, or other), whether your participation is self-funded or organization-sponsored, and optional program interests you indicate (such as interest in the Leadership Bible Study);
2.5 limited payment-related data, such as transaction confirmation, billing status, and the last four digits of a payment card, provided to Us by Our payment processing provider. We do not directly receive or store your full card number; that information is collected and handled entirely by Our payment processing provider;
2.6 IP address (automatically collected);
2.7 web browser type and version (automatically collected);
2.8 operating system (automatically collected);
2.9 a list of URLs starting with a referring site, your activity on this Website, and the site you exit to (automatically collected); and
2.10 Cookie information (see Section 10 below).
3.1 Personal Data you submit is retained for as long as your Account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legitimate business, legal, or record-keeping purposes.
3.2 Unless We are obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to Section 4, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties, including Our affiliates or other companies within Our group, except as necessary to operate the Services.

3.4.5 administering recurring or subscription-based Services, such as the ACE Leaders Arc community, including billing cycle management and related account communications.
3.5 You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link included in any email or by contacting Us directly.
We work with third-party service providers to help operate the Website and deliver the Services. These providers act on Our behalf and may include, without limitation, categories such as: a payment processing provider, an e-learning platform provider, and an email or communications platform provider. These providers only receive the Data reasonably necessary to perform their function for Us, are prohibited from using your Data for their own independent purposes, and must handle any Data they process consistently with this Policy and applicable law.
5.1 The Company may, from time to time, expand or restructure its business, which may involve the sale or transfer of certain divisions or assets to another party. Where Data is relevant to any division so transferred, it will be transferred along with that division, and the new owner or controlling party will be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was originally supplied by you, subject to the terms of this Policy.

Because Our payment processing provider — not the Company — collects and stores full payment card information, cardholder data security for that information is governed by that provider's own security standards and practices.
10.1 The Website uses Cookies and similar technologies for purposes that may include: keeping you signed in to your Account, remembering your preferences, and understanding how Users interact with the Website so We can improve it (basic analytics).
